The essential oils of Petitgrain, Bergamot, Sweet Orange, Bulgarian Lavender, Vetiver, Patchouli are all known to be good for depression, nervousness and anxiety.

Petitgrain’s nervine and antispasmodic properties make it good for conditions of the nervous system

Bergamot essential oil is similar to a sweet light orange peel oil, Its antibacterial and antiseptic properties have made it popular for hundreds of years for skin conditions

The therapeutic properties of Sweet Orange oil are antiseptic, anti-depressant, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory.

Bulgarian Lavender is one of the most healing essential oils, perfect for unwinding, de-stressing and stabilising tour emotions.

Vetiver is very grounding and calming.  Also antispasmodic, antiseptic, circulatory tonic, relaxant making it great to use on muscles.

Patchouli has been used to relax the mind and clarify thoughts for hundreds of years.

These essential oils are all very effective however this Liquid Tallow Body Wash has the most subtle scent of them all.
